Role Description
The CMA Foundation is seeking a Youth Council Coordinator for its youth philanthropic leadership program. This is a part-time hybrid role located in Columbus, OH, with flexible remote work options. The Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering youth engagement and leadership development by managing all aspects of the Youth Advisory Council. This includes recruiting, developing, and retaining Council members, as well as coordinating the grant funding process—from soliciting program proposals to reviewing applications and overseeing the award process. Serving as a key liaison, the Coordinator builds strong relationships with education systems, student organizations, and community agencies to enhance the Council’s impact and the overall member experience. Reporting to the Director of the Foundation, this position also provides essential administrative support for the Council.
