What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family and Children First Council Coordinator position at Morrow County Job & Family Services?
The chosen applicant under the direction of the Morrow County Job and Family Services (JFS) Administrator, manages the daily operations of the Morrow County Family and Children First Council (FCFC) and the oversight for the FCFC according to Ohio Law (Ohio Revised Code 121.37). The chosen applicant will serve as the administrative contact person for FCFC, including the development and sending of correspondence, attendance at local and state meetings (as may be directed and required), and act as the liaison to local and state officials (as requested) on behalf of FCFC. Collaboration/Coordination with OhioRISE and Ohio Department of Medicaid coordinating Multi-System Youth services and CANS Assessments. Other duties and projects as assigned by the FCFC and Job and Family Services Director. Applicant must possess excellent communication and time management skills, have basic computer knowledge, and work well in a team environment. Prior experience in a social service setting preferred.
