What you need to know about this position:
- Reporting directly to the Vice President – Medical Practice Operations the Director of Practice Operations oversees the daily operations and strategic direction for the assigned group of physician practices.
- This role ensures exceptional patient care, operation efficiency and financial performance, while managing clinical and administrative staff, implementing policies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The base pay compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
- This position is a salaried/exempt position with the general working hours of Monday – Friday 8am-5pm though the exact working hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the organization.
- This position is eligible for partial remote work.
What the successful candidate will bring to this position:
- Bachelor’s degree or more; MBA preferred. Five to seven years prior healthcare related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Leadership experience in relevant specialty area(s) preferred. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE), Fellow of the Medical Group Management Association (FMGMA) or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) preferred.
