Columbus Regional Health Physicians has an excellent PRN employment opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who will assist the Critical Care Physician in coverage of the Critical Care and Pulmonology Services.
As an Advanced Practice Provider with Columbus Regional Health Physicians, you join a network encompassing many specialties. You will also receive administrative support, allowing you to focus on patient care and service.
Details of the position:
The expectation would be for the APP who will work as part of the Lung Institute team in seeing ambulatory (clinic only) patients…. The expectation would be for the APP to work collaboratively with the Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to support their panel of patients.
Competitive salary based on training and clinical experience

- PRN shifts to cover current full time Advanced Practice Provider PTO.
- 7pm-7:30am; 12 hour shifts
- Excellent employee and provider retention
- EPIC for EMR
- No call rotation, holiday or weekend coverage
Training required for this position:
- The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient experience, preferentially with critical care and/or pulmonology experience.
- At least one year of experience in an inpatient setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- To be hired as a Nurse Practitioner:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in the state of Indiana
- Active unlimited license from the IPLA State Board of Nursing for Advanced Practical Nursing
- To be hired as a Physician Assistant:
- Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Training program
- Unlimited Physician Assistant license from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board
