Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced full-time Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established practice at Franciscan Physician Network Columbus Primary & Specialty Care located in Columbus, IN. WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Advanced Practice Provider will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Clinic hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible full-time schedule; No weekends or holidays
- Average outpatient volume: 18 - 22 patients per day
- Telehealth offered
- Lab onsite

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification – Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Required
