We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication within the office.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
