Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies, including group, individual, and family therapy, to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in social work or counseling and relevant state licensure (LSW, LPC, LMFT).
- At least 2 years of experience providing crisis intervention, mental health, and/or substance use treatment.
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
