Are you ready to make an impact as a Senior IT Business Analyst? This role bridges the gap between business operations and Agile software development teams, driving critical process improvements and delivering scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the full lifecycle of platform enhancements and drive high-quality outcomes.
🔹 Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders.
🔹 Apply expertise in energy industry billing processes and B2B exchanges like EDI.
🔹 Craft detailed user stories in Jira/Azure DevOps and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
🔹 Use querying tools, relational databases, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
🔹 Facilitate workshops, conduct process improvements, and mentor team members.
🔹 Oversee the development lifecycle, manage risks, and align strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or equivalent experience.
✅ 7 years of relevant experience.
✅ Proficiency in Jira/Azure DevOps and basic SQL knowledge.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience in the energy industry or B2B applications is a plus.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively in remote teams.
This opportunity also includes the potential for bi-weekly after-hours support for deployments (flexible work arrangements available).
