- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets and supervise seasonal team members.
- Facilitate team training and development, identifying coaching opportunities to enhance performance.
- Ensure team members adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
- Assist with job rotation as needed to meet park demands.
- Implement cost-effective labor and waste management practices.
- Follow standard operating procedures for kitchen equipment and technology maintenance.
- Prepare recipes according to established guidelines.
- Close and maintain cleanliness of all food areas and equipment.
- Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Obtain Person in Charge (PIC) and SERV Safe Manager Certification training.
- Learn and enforce park safety policies and codes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the F&B Supervisor and F&B Manager.
- Adapt to changes in schedules based on weather, guest attendance, and department needs.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum 1 year of food service experience in a high-volume quick-service or casual dining environment.
- At least 6 months of leadership experience in a similar setting.
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Manager Certification food safety exam.
- Ability to stand or walk for 5 hours without a break.
- Capable of lifting and moving 10 lbs. constantly, 30 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Comfortable working in extreme temperatures, including heat exceeding 110°F and cold temperatures below -40°F with protective gear.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent service and upholding guest service standards.
- Maintains a courteous, professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Subject to Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
- Subject to Criminal Background Check and BMV Check.
- This position is not eligible for overtime pay.
