- Handle customer orders, changes, and returns in line with departmental policies and procedures.-Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and utilize time efficiently.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to resolve credit disputes.-Work alongside the sales team to surpass customer service expectations.
- Coordinate closely with production control and the shipping department.-Provide timely feedback to the company on service issues or customer concerns.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : -1-3 years of experience in customer service.-Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.-Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette.-Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
