What are the responsibilities and job description for the BINGO ADMISSIONS CLERK PART TIME position at Colusa Casino Resort?
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for selling admission Bingo paper and electronic Bingo devices to customers during session worked. Also responsible for control of Bingo paper issued to them and cash received from guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Includes the following (other duties may be assigned):
Adheres to all Casino policies and procedures and internal controls.
Verifies amount of Bingo paper issued at beginning of shift and signs for Bingo paper received on appropriate form.
Accurately enters admission sales data for each guest into the computer system. This information includes Bingo paper sold, electronic Bingo devices sold, paper issued on a complimentary basis, and cash received.
Maintains adequate supply of Bingo paper and cash for change during the shift to ensure customers are admitted easily. Requests additional Bingo paper from Inventory Control as necessary.
Counts the amount of Bingo paper on hand at end of shift. Inventory Control must verify the amount before ending the shift. Both Admission Clerk and Inventory Control must sign form verifying Bingo paper returned, noting agreement.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Six months cash handling experience preferred.
