STARTING WAGE : $17.48 PER HOUR
POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible to keep kitchen in good sanitary condition and work area clean and orderly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Include the following (other duties may be assigned) :
Washes all dishes and kitchen / restaurant instruments in a timely and sanitary manner.
Returns dishes to their appropriate designation for use.
Performs side work before, during, and at end of shift.
Communicates with wait staff and manager-on-duty to maintain service efficiency.
Performs other general duties as directed by the Restaurant / Chef Manager.
