  • Integrity, loyalty and initiative.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a professional sales person that includes experience with some level of consultative selling, contracts and individual sales accountability.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and selling security systems (access control, IP cameras, alarm systems) would be ideal but not required.
  • Previous military or government service is recognized as foundation for commitment to service and experience in a structured career.
  • This role focuses on generating new business and account longevity. Relationship building/ growth and trust are a must.
  • A sales personality that wants to excel as a consultant who conducts on-site and virtual meetings and presentations and then provides customized solutions to meet their client’s needs. A champion to own the needs of the customer and protect the integrity of the process!
  • A teammate with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated person who is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must reside in/ near the Atlanta area. The role is Hybrid. Learning and initial employment and will require regular office time in the North showroom/ office to continue product mastery and core market understanding.
  • You will work primarily with Small, Medium & Large companies as well as federal, local, and state Governments to design, implement, and service integrated security systems, such as access control, security cameras, alarm systems, fire alarms, audio/visual, and data networking.
  • The ideal person will strive to learn to develop, articulate and execute a sales plan for various security and life safety solutions, including security systems, fire alarms, access control, CCTV, audio/visual, and data networking. A thirst for knowledge and improvement are critical to success.

  • Will provide detailed and accurate sales updates/ forecasts regarding progress and needs to successfully execute their sales & marketing plan.
  • Will commit to a team approach leveraging mutual respect and both personal accountability and initiative to achieve personal and company objectives.
  • Will work in the Atlanta Metro and Georgia market to identify and assist with additional needs for our current customers & new customers.
  • Will strive to achieve and maintain a S*ubject Matter E*xpert (SME) level aptitude in Security & Surveillance Systems such as access control, IP cameras, intercoms, etc.
  • Will take pride in understanding changing technologies and various markets we serve to always be ready to help our customers while delivering profitable and dependable solutions.
  • Will become proficient at maximizing current contracts as well as negotiating contracts and pricing strategies to secure new business and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Will become comfortable identifying and overcoming the challenges, such as funding, that our customers face. (This will include learning the various purchasing, contracting and policies affecting our customers and the vehicles available such as HaaS, SAAS, Financing, existing contract & RFPs that will enable success)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
