SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Player’s Club Lead is responsible for providing support and exemplary guest service to casino visitors thru the Player’s Club. The Player’s Club Lead’s performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following are major duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive or restrictive.
- Responsible for Player’s Club inventory and upkeep of the database and enrollment process for new customers.
- Responsible for facilitating promotional entry participation and drawing activities supporting the Player’s Club Manager.
- Monitors and works with all aspects of the BOH system, including but not limited to: issuance of any bonus features/awards, reviewing accuracy for input, report extraction, play evaluation, etc.
- Responsible for the day-to-day shift operations of the Player’s Club, including but not limited to: inventory control, log and list maintenance, Database cleaning, etc.
- Responsible for input of accurate tracking information as required by the ICs and CNGC regarding marketing activities, system function and other items that may be required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
The following are major supervisory duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive or restrictive.
- Develops, produces, and manages Player’s Club Rep work schedule.
- Provides training and developmental support to the Player’s Club Reps.
- Maintains excellent communication with the Player’s Club Manager.
- Addresses issues as they arise with guests and marketing department employees.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
The Player’s Club Lead regularly communicates and exchanges information with coworkers and guests, and operates a computer and other office equipment. The Player’s Club Lead will regularly be required to stand for 50% or more of their shift. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights and the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location and the amount of business. The Player’s Club Lead must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a smoke-filled environment. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.
The Player’s Club Lead may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve contentious issues with difficult guests and staff members.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalency to include Home School Certificate.
- Two (2) years of Casino Marketing experience.
