">- We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, setting up molds, and establishing process parameters.
- They will also start up machines to produce quality product within validated molding processes.
- This includes performing and maintaining safe and efficient tool and machine set-up, operation, and process capabilities to meet customer on-time delivery and quality expectations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to troubleshoot quality/part issues by confirming plastic conditions and performing root cause analysis.
Requirements
">- A minimum of 2 years of related experience as a Manufacturing Production Operator III or Set Up Mechanic.
- Proficient in basic computer use with the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of raw materials and product quality specifications.

Preferred Qualifications
">- Vocational or trade school in related trade.
- Pursuing RJG certification.
