About the Role
The Graphic Designer is a pivotal member of the Marketing team responsible for shaping the visual elements that our audience will engage with, both physically and digitally. The Graphic Designer will create visual graphics to be used in email, PPC, web content, print materials, and custom-order products for our customers.
Tasks
- Use graphic design software to design visual content for various campaigns, including:
- PPC
- Social media
- Print & packaging design
- Edit photography of both products and promotional material
- Strategize with marketing department on photo and video projects
- Provide mock-ups of products for sales department to present to customers
Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications
Knowledge
- Understanding of elements of design and graphic design software
- Knowledge of product development cycle
- Familiarity with martial arts a plus
- Create striking and engaging imagery that upholds company values
- Understanding of desires and values of target market
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe PhotoShop
- Adobe InDesign
- Corel Suite
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguous environments
Abilities
- Thrive in an open office environment
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Give and receive direction and feedback
