Experienced Graphic Designer
MOTIS Brands, a leading Internet retailer of loading, hauling and transport equipment, is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The position will work with the creative team and is responsible for designing, editing and producing digital and printed content for our brands and product categories. This position includes a fair amount of hands-on time with our products for research and content production purposes. Additionally, the applicant will be required to assist with occasional photo and video shoots. Through these experiences you will become familiar with our products and product categories, making you an integral part of the creative and marketing teams.
Our creative output includes photography, video, digital design and branding assets. You must have an affinity for design and have strong photo editing and layout skills. To be successful in this position, applicant must have strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and file archiving skills.

In this role, you will:
• Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing team members
• Provide innovative, creative designs for print and promotional marketing materials, emails, websites, landing pages, infographics, and other various digital marketing and ecommerce projects
• Participate in the Creative Campaign process through internal tracker.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce website manager to maintain website aesthetics
• Responsible for the design process from conception to completion, including preparing final designs for production
• Maintain organized archive of artwork files & assets within digital asset management system (DAM)
• Update graphics and web layouts across multiple web properties
• Edit HTML and CSS across websites and blog posts as needed
• Embrace challenges in a collaborative, positive manner
To do this we believe you should have:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud all relevant, modern workplace programs
• Fluency in HTML and CSS
• Collaborative problem-solver who can take direction well
• Preferred skills: Experience in photography and videography
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think creatively
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to handle a heavy workload, to prioritize work and to meet assigned deadlines
