Duties
- Respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist callers with inquiries related to healthcare services.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for callers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity and understanding of information provided.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
