Short Description
This position is responsible for performing the duties and functions in the diet office according to the current departmental policies and procedures and the job flows. Maintains current records of patient diet orders and takes patient calls for room service and guides them through choices in accordance with their diets. Customer Service: Solves customer problems, treats customer with dignity and respect. Acknowledges customer and responds quickly to customer needs. Process Room Service customer orders, including patient/family initiated orders and those patients needing assistance. Take phone calls and fax orders for all food requests. Coordinate processing of AM and PM nourishment orders and print AM and PM nourishment labels.Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
