Job Summary
Digital Product Manager Comcast Business is seeking a Digital Product Manager responsible for our .com experience across enterprise and small business, enhancing both lead generation and eCommerce for Comcast Business prospects and customers. In this role, you will define and execute a product roadmap that drives our CB priorities, while leveraging AI to optimize customer engagement, personalize experiences, and drive lead conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, UX, and marketing to implement capabilities such as new lead gen mechanisms, chatbots, predictive lead scoring, dynamic content, and intelligent search. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, digital sales strategy and is a continuous learner (e.g. educating themselves on AI/ML technologies). - Roadmap Ownership & Strategy
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the digital product roadmap in alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
- Act as the key point of contact for Small Business and Enterprise roadmap updates and strategic planning discussions
- Identify and prioritize AI features that improve lead generation, personalization, and conversion rates.
- Backlog Prioritization & Delivery
- Partner with engineering and stakeholder teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
- Own backlog prioritization, ensuring the delivery of high-value features and functionality.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future iterations.
- Agile Leadership & Development
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design sessions, user story creation, and refinement activities.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Set sprint goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with UX, content, analytics, digital sales, martech, marketing, and brand teams to ensure alignment and drive seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Data Science & Engineering Teams – Work closely with AI/ML engineers to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
- Lead story mapping and customer journey mapping sessions to inform product design and development.

- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
