Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that showcase Comcast products and services. Meet or exceed departmental financial and unit targets by staying up-to-date on competitive landscapes and emerging technologies.
- Develop a territory strategy, including identifying strategic partnerships and planning local partnerships and organizational affiliations. Actively research and generate new leads through various prospecting activities.
- Retain customers by delivering on the Comcast credo and ensuring a superior customer experience. Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports as required.
- Attend out-of-office meetings with customers and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, as well as presenting, persuading, and negotiating abilities.
