Job Description
Sales and Partnership Development
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with small and mid-size businesses to sell advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location services.
- Create and deliver personalized sales presentations that demonstrate expertise in Comcast's products and services.
- Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers, exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and competitive landscape to position Comcast Business Services effectively in the market.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast's positioning and brand in the region.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports as required.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and support to maintain a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
- New sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities, such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Foster strong relationships with technical, customer service, and support staff to drive end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
- Manage a territory effectively, maintaining a comprehensive business plan and pipeline of qualified prospects.
