About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic roadmap discussions, building executive relationships, and coordinating communication between HQ and the Business Unit on tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy for cable modem products and software revenue
- Manage day-to-day correspondence and communication with directors and executives within Comcast in product management, technology, and procurement
- Establish direct business relationships and interactions with top influencers and decision-makers to achieve desired objectives
- Interface with supply chain, sourcing, marketing, and product development to ensure continuity of messaging from WNC and obtain critical information necessary for growing business
- Closely coordinate with customer inventory planning and WNC Ops to ensure supply chain continuity
- Coordinate and lead meeting planning, travel planning, and meeting agenda creation
- Analyze and evaluate business opportunities on both a quantitative and qualitative level
- Participate in executive meetings, lead discussions as needed, and develop pre-meeting strategy briefs to prepare all WNC attendees for possible discussion topics
- Organize and coordinate quarterly business review meetings
- Travel to Taiwan and Vietnam as needed to accompany key customers
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, leading the charge for maximizing business inside the account's market
- Lead account planning process, develop performance objectives, and financial targets
- Coordinate solution development efforts that best address customer needs, involving necessary company personnel, including supply chain, quality management, and strategic business development
- Closely coordinate company executive involvement with customer management
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by direct supervisor in managing customer needs
Requirements
- Deep understanding of MSOs with a track record in business development
- Strong presentation skills, creative business model proposals, executive presence, and relationship management
- Some international and domestic travel required
