About the Role/Team
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the support of Marketing-related projects and platforms and the implementation of marketing activity across departments within the organization. You will support the development and execution of events, digital, email and direct marketing programs. In addition, you’ll contribute to, and implement, both internal and external campaigns driving impact for CTS and specifically, our Streaming, Broadcast, and Advertising (SB&A) business. Core Responsibilities
- Assists Sr. Marketing Managers to deliver marketing programs to key CTS audiences including campaigns, events, customer relationship and content programs - on time and on budget.
- Leverages the full Martech stack to execute and track marketing outreach.
- Assists in creating, managing and executing industry events including executive events and tradeshows.
- Acts as the liaison between Shared Services Marketing and Streaming, Broadcast & Advertising (SB&A) Marketing teams to help share data, best practices, and information for a worldwide view of CTS go to market activities.
- Collaborates with Shared Services Marketing to execute campaigns, set up systems, deliver relevant files and ensure timely launch of initiatives across platforms.
- Tracks activity within the industry such as key prospects, competitors, and industry events/gatherings to help recommend and develop responsive marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sr. Marketing Managers.
- Assists the SB&A Marketing Team with the utilization and compliance with Comcast/CTS systems including budgeting and procurement.
- Identify and onboard new vendors or partners as needed by the business.
- Works independently and collaboratively with internal teams and outside vendors to further department projects and initiatives.
- Helps to create reporting to measure success of Marketing programs.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Pay Range: $26.96 - $40.45
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
