Core Responsibilities:
- Specializes in user experience strategy and design.
- Proven ability to problem solve and think conceptually.
- Comfortable presenting your vision to executive-level stakeholders.
- Works independently with minimal-to-no supervision while also demonstrating the ability to lead projects and initiatives autonomously.
- Designs and prototypes for web, mobile, and other digital delivery platforms.
- Reviews data on competing products and recommends design solutions for existing and future products.
- Executes interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Independently partners with Designers, Product and Engineering to craft, and prototype key user flows and interactions.
- Crafts the variations of new and existing user experiences in products.
- Compiles and presents to the UX strategist lead and business collaborators, quantitative and qualitative ideas, sketches, research findings and other deliverables.
- Takes ownership for the user experience: identify problems, propose solutions, and recommend implementations to improve the user experience.
- Has a broad experience and a deep understanding of customers to recommend UI features that solve customer needs.
- Delivers high quality work on tight schedules in a multifaceted, agile product environment.
- Produces interactive prototypes for internal experimentation and usability testing, and tests concepts in a detailed, data-driven way.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as vital.
