Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP Solutions Architect

We’re seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Architect to lead the delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant business solutions.

This role is ideal for a technical expert who has extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O), the Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure services, especially in federal or government-regulated environments. The ideal candidate will combine architectural leadership with a practical ability to configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Lead Power Platform governance planning and rollout
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Data Factory, DevOps, EventHub)
• Manage security configurations, conditional access, and CAC/PIV authentication
• Oversee system migrations and upgrades (on-prem to cloud), including data strategy and integrity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and federal stakeholders
• Author technical documentation (FDDs, TDDs) and lead architecture review boards
• Provide mentorship and training to citizen developers and junior consultants

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)
• Proven experience architecting and deploying Power Platform apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Portals)
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Prior work with federal agencies or contractors with security clearance preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Active Public Trust or Tier 4 clearance (or eligibility to obtain)

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant (PL-200/PL-100)
• TOGAF or SAFe Certification a plus
