What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Operations Technician position at Comcentric?
We have an immediate need for Network Operations Technician for a 12 month REMOTE contract. In this role, you will work on relatively straightforward installations and/or maintenance assignments on Cisco Meraki Network Switching Equipment. Resolves Routine Trouble Tickets and Monitors Network Operations and resolves routine network monitoring problems.
Ideal Candidate will have: Network Monitoring, Networking, Switching, Trouble Tickets (Remedy OR ServiceNow), Meraki, Networking Certifications a Plus
- No C2C or 3rd party candidates. Client requires candidates to be a US Citizen or GC Holder working on our W2.
