Overview
COMDOC is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep for our Hardeeville South Carolina area Corporate Office. Come join our fast-paced, dynamic administrative team.
Responsibilities
The main duty of the Customer Service Rep is to assist our Office Manager to collect our receivables; interface with our clients to assist with their support and supply requirements; bill sales, service and lease transactions; as well as direct and manage our field personnel to rapidly and efficiently respond to the customer locations in a fast-paced, goal-oriented Administration Department.
- Creating supply and service orders using our ERP system, E-Automate
- Assist in billing and gathering meter reads to input in to our ERP system, E-Automate
- Schedule service calls and route technical resources in an efficient manner.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Invoice service, sales and lease transactions
- Post daily cash deposits
- Assist in the collection of past due monies owed COMDOC
- Productively work with field personnel in a friendly, supportive manner to ensure their rapid and efficient deployment to customer locations.
- Assisting internal and external customers with invoicing questions related to lease billing and cash purchases
- Light bookkeeping and warehouse duties
- Help with deliveries
Things We Are Looking For
Education and Required Skills
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Understanding of basic office technologies such as printers, copiers and networks
- High computer literacy with a strong background in Excel
- Awareness of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Clean driving record

- Strong math and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet changing deadlines
- Basic geographical knowledge of Georgia and South Carolina in particular coastal Georgia and South Carolina and middle Georgia in to Atlanta
