What are the responsibilities and job description for the RPO Technical Writer position at Comerica Bank?
- Collaborate and consult with execution teams to curate clear, concise written documentation to support regulatory interactions including key submissions and responses.
- Review and edit material authored by others including project artifacts.
- Complete quality control assessments of work performed by team.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Develop procedures and materials to allow the Remediation Program Office to accurately execute processes and develop a connection to control activities. The material will be the source documents for business group audits and reviews.
- Ensures procedures accurately reflect the process as well as the controls and monitoring.
- Participates in, and ensures compliance in the design and development or processes and procedures to policy.
- Performs annual and biennial reviews of existing procedures; ensuring updates are made and steps are identified for Remediation Program Office execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, Communications or other relevant degree
- 5 years of experience in creating and documenting written content presented to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators
- 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or remediation activities
