To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our Plasma Control Technologies division in our San Jose, CA location as a Regional Director of Customer Account Technology - Business Development for semiconductor capital equipment

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What you will do :
- Establish customer account technology roadmap for the regional business growth across all product lines : RF Platforms and Digital products, matches, Generators, and Vacuum Capacitors.
- Identify key technology challenges and inflections of our customers for making advanced Semiconductor logic and memory chips, translate into technical and market requirements for new customer application, new product innovation and differentiation.
- Build strong relationships with key regional customer decision makers, technical and commercial, by providing total solutions with innovative products and services.
- Develop new business opportunities for organic growth : Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive assessments to identify market trends and size and opportunities.
- Provide insights, direction, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure targets are met, revenue and profit goals are achieved.
- Negotiate complex deals, contracts, and agreements with customers to secure win-win commercial solutions for both sides to maximize margin and still grow revenue.
- Promote products and services effectively : Leverage market insights and consumer understanding to develop targeted marketing campaigns and effectively communicate the value of products and services to clients.
- Any new task or job as needed and assigned by your management.
What you will bring :
The target salary range for this job is approximately $200,000 to $220,000 annually.
