What you’ll be doing :
Coordinate scheduling for all current and prospective home care clients.
Proactively address staffing issues arising from changes in client or caregiver schedules.
Promptly notify management of staffing problems and resolutions.
Ensure accuracy and currency of scheduling calendars.
Available for on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Verify timecards against schedules for payroll and billing.
Process clock-ins and clock-outs, recording data for payroll.
Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information.
What we’re looking for :
1-2 years of experience in homecare agency in scheduling role.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong references highlighting reliability, dependability, and longevity with previous employers.
Genuine passion for providing compassionate care to clients.
Dedication to maintaining professionalism and upholding company values.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.
