Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and emotionally intelligent Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only warm, kind and patient, but also highly coachable—open to feedback and willing to learn and grow in their role. If you are someone who truly cares for others and wants to make a meaningful impact in the life of seniors, we’d love to hear from you! You will be helping clients to age in place in a beautiful independent living community, located in Belton, MO. Shifts begin at 6:15 and you're done by lunchtime, with the rest of the day to yourself!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Experience in caregiving (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, light exercise, and medication reminders
- Prepare meals if needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, etc.)
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the team and family members
- High emotional intelligence – you understand the needs of others and respond with empathy and patience
- Coachable attitude – willing to receive feedback and improve skills as needed
- Willing to grow with the company and advance your skills and knowledge of compassionate caregiving
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must take pride in reliability, punctuality, and personal responsibility
Experience in caregiving (preferred but not required)
