Essential Functions :
- Personal Care
Performs and / or provides assistance with : bathing, dressing, grooming, nail / skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices such as (transfer lift, transfer board, wheel chair, walker, or cane), help with toileting, changing a brief, commode, and incontinent care.
