Qualifications
· The qualified individual should have 2 years of relevant experience, be highly organized, great at motivating people, have strong communication and computer skills

· Verifiable work and professional references (being eligible for rehire)
· Pass a criminal background check
· Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
· Have your own reliable vehicle

What you’ll be doing:
· Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
· Provide assistance with personal care.
· Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
· Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding..
· Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
· Recruiting and on-boarding caregivers.
· Maintain employee files, perform background checks
· Run ads as needed; find new media sources to run ads
· Mine recruitment databases weekly for new caregiver applicants
· Track responses to all ads and other recruitment sources
· Routinely identify new avenues to recruit caregivers
· Takes on-call as scheduled
· Cover emergent shifts as needed
· Performs other duties as assigned
