What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Regularly post job ads, review new applicants and move them through the recruitment process
- Communicate with applicants on daily basis
- Leverage reporting to track recruitment trends and develop a data driven recruitment strategy
- Leverage social media to post updates and source candidates
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Previous hiring specialist or staffing experience a bonus
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and display a positive work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs
