Duties
- Develop and implement IT strategies that support the organization’s objectives.
- Oversee the management of computer networking, servers, firewalls, VPNs, and WAN technologies.
- Lead change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades or implementations.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with PCI standards.
- Monitor and maintain the security of the IT infrastructure, including data protection measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and other relevant programming languages.
- Extensive experience in computer networking, server management, firewall configurations, VPN setups, and WAN technologies.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiating contracts for IT services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
