IT Director
This is a full-time direct-hire opportunity leading a 100-person local Rochester company’s IT department. This is a small IT team, but this person will work directly within the company’s leadership cabinet, manage vendors and advise on the direction of IT needs.
This person will also work hands-on with Azure, O365, Windows, Active Directory, just to name a few. There is an Azure transformation going on and this person will help lead it.
They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Manage projects related to the implementation of new systems and technologies. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
They play a pivotal role in managing, monitoring, and maintaining Azure services and resources to ensure the smooth functioning of cloud-based solutions. This person will be tasked with implementing best practices, optimizing performance, and resolving technical issues to meet the organization's needs.
