Dental Billing Specialist – Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you an experienced Dental or Medical Billing Specialist looking for a great opportunity? Comfort Dental Care and Orthodontics is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage dental claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Review patient ledgers and explain account details to patients.
- Read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
- Handle patient billing inquiries professionally and effectively, including difficult conversations.
- Work collaboratively with the team and independently as needed.
- Utilize technology efficiently for billing and account management.
Requirements:
- Experience in dental or medical billing required.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims, EOBs, and patient account management.
- Professional and confident phone communication skills.
- Ability to handle upset patients with patience and professionalism.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
