What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Full Time Bookkeeper position at Comfort First Heating & Cooling, Inc?
Comfort First Heating and Cooling is currently looking for an Experienced Full-time bookkeeper with background in QuickBooks, preferably online version.
Monday through Friday
The ideal candidate is well versed in including but not limited to accounting concepts, monthly reconciliation, and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Preparation accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Oversees payments collections
Deposits
Oversee company bills
Verify Credit card payments
Input data in QuickBooks (Online Version)
Reconcile all accounts
Journal Entries
Some HR duties
Other duties as they see fit
Interviews will begin as soon as a sufficient applicate pool has been obtained.
This is not a work from home position. We are not looking for a booking company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
