Currently we’re looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our amazing community home care team and, along with the Physical Therapist, complete visits to clients in their home in the Rochester area.
Comfort Health has high healthcare standards, and we are looking for someone to perform the following:
- Working directly with clients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Observe effects of therapy treatment and communicate clients' progress to the Physical Therapist
- Record and document client services
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve well-rounded care
Keeping up with Comfort Health’s high healthcare standards, the Physical Therapy Assistant will also ensure the home care services are in compliance with current regulations and standards, and must be able to relate professionally with clients, staff and family members.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Minnesota Physical Therapy Assistant licensure
- New Grads encouraged to apply
LOCATION:
- Rochester, MN area.
SCHEDULE:
- Part-Time or Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
