**Job Summary:**
The Home and Community Bases Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.
- Assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, and skin care.
- Reports observations of client conditions to agency directors or accounts managers.
- Drives safely and complies with traffic regulations when business travel is required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Six months experience in home care preferred.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
- Current CPR certification and driver's license required.
