Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns effectively and professionally.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized manner, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
