Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized front desk receptionist to join our team at In Home Attendant Services. The receptionist will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, their families, and our staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to those in need of home health care services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including the reception desk, waiting area, and adjacent spaces.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate projects and assist with office management tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with various administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in data entry and using computer software such as Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Some experience with home healthcare services preferred.
