Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist in managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.
