Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management, communication, and scheduling.
- Assist with office management duties including inventory control and supply ordering.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or office management is preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
