Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone systems, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly to enhance their experience.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- A background in front desk operations or night audit responsibilities is beneficial.
