Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Conduct welding tasks as required for repairs or modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries from staff and management.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
- Proficiency in electrical systems.
- Experience with welding techniques is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise projects effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
