Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
• Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financials are balanced.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.

Pay: $14.81 - $15.00 per hour
