**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest service in a hotel setting. The hours would be 32 Hours a week. 2 swing shifts 3pm - 11pm and 2 graveyard shifts 11pm - 7am
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Manage reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate the phone system to handle incoming calls
- Perform night audit duties as needed
**Skills:**
- Experience in guest services or customer service
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Proficiency in using front desk software systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Understanding of hospitality management practices
