The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing various aspects of business operations. *Duties* - Supervise and lead a team to achieve operational goals - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes - Monitor and analyze financial data, including profit and loss statements - Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions - Manage projects to enhance operational efficiency *Experience* - Proven experience in supervising teams and leading operations - Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to drive business growth - Proficiency in analyzing financial data, including profit loss statements - Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management - Experience in sales, process improvement, business development, and project management is a plus
